Are you ready for bathing suit season? Learn some health and wellness tips to get your beach body ready! We'll chat nutrition and essential oils to get you in shape!
June 5 at 6pm: Essential Oils for Beginners
Essential Oils have been around for 1000's of years, but are recently getting more attention as great, natural alternatives for health and wellness. Please join our beginner class to learn more about the History of Essential Oils, why quality matters, how to use oils in your everday routine, and more. You'll take your senses on a journey in this hands on class. Class includes handouts and samples.
July 10 at 6pm: Chemical Free Living with Essential Oils
Essential Oils are a perfect match for health and wellness, but did you know the benefits from switching to plant based cleaning products in your home? Please join our class to learn more about the dangers of common toxins in your home, as well as certain self-care products and chemicals you could be exposed to on a regular basis. We'll give you plenty of alternatives and choices to really clean up your environment-naturally and affordably. Class includes samples and handouts.
August 14 at 2pm: SuperMom! Essential Oils for Moms and Kids
Believe it or not, it's almost Back to School time so be prepared-naturally. With Essential oils to support you and your family's health. Essential oils can be used to support healthy brain function, focus, healthy immune function, better sleep and more. Please join us to learn more. Class includes handouts and samples.
September 11 at 2pm: Essential Oils for Dogs
Essential Oils are for animals too. As long as you know about the quality of oils you are using, and the safe, correct way to use them, essential oils can provide the same benefits to animals that they can for humans. Please join us to learn more about creating a safe, natural, healthy environment for your pets. Class includes handouts and samples.
Cost $10/per person per class.
